Job description :
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Maritime Manager or Superintendent. • In addition to your technical proficiency, you have strong analytical and project management skills, with proven aptitude to work under pressure in teams of 20+ main actors. • Organization and leadership to coordinate the various key holders. • Excellent oral and written communications skills are essential • Availability for 1 to 5 weeks, out-of-town, onsite assignments Within the SW & OBS Group, plans and manages the rigging/derigging phases of OBC & OBN crews, which include: - Preparation Drafting, reviewing and discussing the technical worklist taking into consideration the financial constraints of the project Validating the technical choices with the classification societies and the client when applicable Visiting and auditing shipyard - Rigging/Derigging Coordinating shipyard work and seismic departments, manages the technical worklist Coordinating classification societies and clients audits Supervising sea trials and delivering vessels to the operational managers - Quality Owner of the continuous improvement process of the OBC & OBN rigging activity Besides you must coordinate a wide range of actors, from technical (maritime, seismic) to regulatory (statutory, clients & HSE), including transverse support pools and subcontractors. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify adequate shipyards to organize the rigging/derigging of OBN & OBC crews. • Plans the rigging/derigging phase, in coordination with the Technical Pools and Operations Group, drafts and finalizes the technical worklist. • Onsite, coordinates vessels rigging/derigging along with the Seismic Operations Group time and cost wise, and with the technical departments (technical work list follow up). • Ensures that all statutory and corporate certifications are enforced and HSE policies are fully fullfilled • Assists in selecting adequate vessels with regard to the type of operation (OBN or OBC) during the tender & preparation phase.
